Amazing Abalones

Notes:

Ingredients: 

8x large abalone (sliced)
5x chicken mushrooms (sliced)
10x bok choy
5 tablespoon chopped green scallion
2 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
8 tablespoons oyster sauce
5 tablespoon soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
5 teaspoon sesame oil
2 1/2 teaspoon cooking wine
2 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
5 tablespoon water


1. Drain the abalone and cut into thin slices. Retain abalone liquid from the can.


2. Boil bok choy in salted water for one minute, remove and place bok choy in cold water.


3. Add oil to frying pan on high heat, add bok choy and stir fry for 1 minute. Remove and place on serving dish.


4. Add more of oil to pan on high heat and add chopped scallions and minced ginger. Stir fry unitl fragrant.


5. Add abalone liquid, water, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and wine. Heat until mixture comes to a boil. (cook mushrooms separately)


6. Mix cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water and pour into pan to thicken sauce.


7. Add the abalone and stir fry for 1 minute.


8. Arrange abalone & mushrooms over the broccoli and pour remaining sauce over top
