Ingredients: 

Apples:

1 pound (450 grams) Granny Smith Apples (2-3 large), peeled, cored, and cut into 1/4 inch (.5 cm) slices

1 tablespoon (15 grams) unsalted butter

1 tablespoon (15 grams) granulated white sugar

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Popover Batter:

3 large eggs

1/2 cup (120 ml) milk

2 tablespoons (30 grams) unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup (65 grams) all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons (25 grams) granulated white sugar
