Apple, sultana and cinnamon quinoa porridge

Ingredients: 

1 ½ cup quinoa
1 ½ cup organic milk (cow’s, soy, almond, rice)
1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 red delicious apple
1 Tbs slivered almonds
1 Tbs sunflower seeds
1 Tbs sultanas (or cranberries)
¼ cup water
2 tsp raw honey (if desired)
Spoonful natural yoghurt
