Applesauce

Ingredients: 

Pink Lady Apples
Golden Delicious Apples
Honeycrisp Apples
Apple juice
Sugar
Cinnamon
Salt
Vanilla


  1. Peel and slice apples, add apple juice (lots) to keep them from turning brown.
  2. Bring to boil with a lid and cook until soft.
  3. Add cinnamon, pinch of salt, sugar while cooking.
  4. Stir constantly (whisk if want smooth, use spoon if want more chunky).
  5. Add vanilla after you take it off the heat.
