Baked Brie and Apricot Jam

Ingredients: 

Brie
Pillsbury dough roll
Jam
Almonds
Crackers
Green apples


  1. Take a brie wheel and flatten a Pillsbury cresent roll over top of it (with a non-pre-sliced roll). Create an airtight square around the cheese wheel. Bake for twenty minutes at 350*. Remove and place jam on top (apricot, blueberry, fig?). Sprinkle with slivered almonds. Bake another five to ten minutes.

    Serve with crackers and sliced green apples.
