Berry Soup

Notes: 

Berries are so good right now, they don’t really need much else. For an extra fancy treat, top with mint and cake croutons.

Ingredients: 

1 pint strawberries
1/3 c blueberries
1/2 c orange juice
1 tsp agave nectar
2 sprigs mint, julienned


  1. Blend together the berries, orange juice and agave nectar until smooth. Chill until ready to serve.
  2. To serve, spoon into shallow bowls and top with the mint. Serve immediately.
