Bizcocho de Calabaza

Ingredients: 

300 gramos de calabaza sin piel ni pepitas (aproximadamente unos 450 gramos de calabaza con piel)
300 gramos de azúcar
300 gramos de harina de trigo (de la normal)
100 gramos de mantequilla sin sal
Un poco más de mantequilla y harina para forrar el molde
4 huevos grandes
2 cucharadas pequeñas de levadura química (tipo Royal) (unos 12 gramos)
1 cucharada pequeña y rasa de canela en polvo (unos 3 o 4 gramos)
1 molde redondo de unos 23 cm de diámetro (si es desmontable mucho mejor)
