4 fetas de salmon ahumado
20 grs. de crema de leche
Jugo de 1/2 limon
70 grs. de harina de trigo
30 grs. de harina de trigo sarraceno
1 huevo
250 ml. de leche entera
4 grs. de levadura
200 grs. de brotes de espinaca
40 grs. de manteca
