Blueberry Vanilla Protein Smoothie

Lots of fiber, mmm....


8 oz water or unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop Vega Complete Whole Food Optimizer (vanilla chai flavor)
1/2 banana, cup of pureed pumpkin, or 1/2 avocado
1/2 cup frozen blueberries


  1. Soak chia seeds in the water/almond milk for 10 minutes if you want the smoothie thicker - chia seeds absorb 10x their weight in water
  2. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
