Burnt Almond Fudge Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 box dark chocolate cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c half and half
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 2 c chocolate chunks or chocolate chipps
  • 1 c silvered almonds, roasted
  •  

Directions

  1. Comine cake mix, eggs, half and half, and extract.  Fold chocolate chunks and roasted almonds into batter.  Pour into paper liners
  2. Bake 350 for 15-18 minutes.
  3. Frosting Suggestions: Chocolate Ganache, Chocolate Buttercream
