Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients: 

1 box cake mix
2 eggs (or egg whites)
.5 cup vegetable oil (or applesauce)
Chips, nuts, frosting, etc. (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 
  2. Add ingredients to bowl, mix.
  3. Add tablespoon-sized dollops to a greased cookie sheet and bake 20-25 minutes.
  4. Move to rack to cool. 

Would be great as a sandwich cookie. Also, coconut on top browns nicely
