Capsicum Corn Tadkadi

Ingredients: 

For 4 people

4tbsp oil
1.5 cup Capsicum
1 large Onion
1.5 cups Corn
1-2 medium Tomatoes
2 Green chillis
1.5 tsp Ginger garlic paste
Dry masala: Jeera, Dhanya, Chilli, Haldi powders
Garam masala powder
1 cup milk
1.5 tbsp Cornflower
2-3 tbsp cream
0.5 tsp Aam chur powder
Coirander leaves
Sugar and Salt


  1. Boil the corn till it's cooked and soft
  2. Finely chop the onion and saute in oil till it is cooked and about to change color.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and dry masalas. Saute for some time.
  4.  Add salt and cubed capsicums and fry for a while.
  5. Add the corn.
  6. Purre the tomato (tomato pulp grinded into liquid) and cook till oil separates.
  7. Add garam masala powder, chopped green chillies, and milk mixed with cornflower.
  8. Cook well.
  9. Add cream and cook on low heat till oil separates.
  10. Add pinch of aamchur powder, pinch of sugar, and chopped coriander leaves..
  11. Serve with roti
