Carrot Ginger Smoothie for Weight Loss

Ingredients: 

3 cups carrots, grated
1 knob ginger, peeled
1/4 cup Greek plain yogurt
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon honey
handful of ice


1.Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender   2.Blend on high until smooth
