1 1/4 Cup firmly packed Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Milk
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1 Egg
2 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 1/2 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
