Melting Pot Chocolate S'mores Fondue
8 oz milk chocolate
1 heaping tsp marshmallow fluff
1/2 oz 151-rum
5 oz graham cracker crumbs
1/4 C milk
1. Melt chocolate and milk in fondue pot set on warm. Add oil/shortening to thin if needed (not water). Melt thoroughly while stirring.
2. Add marshmallow fluff on top (don't stir in).
3. Put rum in pan (over fluff) & light. Stir (to put flame out).
4. Top with cracker crumbs.
5. Serve with strawberries, bananas, cheesecake, marshmallows (Oreo covered), pound cake, brownies, rice Krispie treats, etc.
