Ingredients: 

Walnut Crust
:
1 cup walnuts
1 cup shredded coconut
1 tablespoon water

Coconut Banana Filling:
½ cup raw cashews, soaked 4 hours
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
½ cup shredded coconut
2 very ripe bananas
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt

Chocolate Mousse:
½ cup cashews, soaked 4-6 hours
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
