Coconut Herb Zoodles With Shrimp

Notes: 

1/2 cup basil leaves
1 teaspoon mince garlic
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup cocnut milk
1 large zucchini
1 large squash
1 pound shrimp, boiled or grilled

Ingredients: 

1. Combine basil, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper in food processor. Slowly add coconut milk.
2. Stir together basil-coconut sauce and spiralized zucchini and squash, top with shrimp.
