Creamy Red Pepper Cashew Dip

Ingredients: 

1½ Cups Cashews (soaked for at least 3 hours or boiled for 10 minutes and drained)
½ a Red Pepper
1 Cup of Non-Dairy Milk of Choice
1 Clove of Garlic
2 Tablespoons of Nutritional Yeast
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
½ teaspoon Salt
