Crunchy Zucchini Parmesan Crisps

Ingredients: 

⅓ cup flour (all purpose or white whole wheat)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon paprika
1 jumbo egg
½ tablespoon milk
1 cup panko breadcrumbs (regular or whole wheat - I used half and half)
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 zucchinis, cut into ¼-inch thick slices
Oil, for frying
