1 cup pitted dates
½ cup boiling water
1 tsp lemon juice
½ cup wholemeal plain flour
½ cup quinoa flour (or wholemeal plain flour)
1 cup rolled oats
¼ cup quinoa flakes (or rolled oats)
30g unsalted butter, chopped
½ cup apple puree or apple sauce
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
