Earl Grey Overnight Oats with Berries


Serves: 2


2 cups almond milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup (use none if almond milk is already sweetened)
½ teaspoon loose earl grey tea wrapped in tea strainer, tea bag or cheesecloth
1 cup rolled oats
pinch salt
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
A mix of blackberries, raspberries and blueberries, to top
