Ingredients:
-Egg whites (or regular egg)
-bell peppers
-your favorite beans mashed in the food processor
-saute onions
-pico de gallo salsa
-cooked ground beef (optional)
Preparation:
-Use a non stick pan and fry the egg whites in shape of a circle and season with salt and pepper.
-Carefully flip after cooking for 1 minute in low heat and set aside
-Mix the mashed beans with saute onions, meat, bell peppers and your favorite veggies.
-Scoop this mixture in the egg white circle and carefully wrap in shape of a burrito.
-Top with pico de gallo
