Eggs Benedict Casserole

Ingredients: 

3/4 pound Canadian bacon, chopped
6 English muffins, split and cut into 1-inch pieces (a rough chop is fine – could also use other flaky breads such as croissants)
8 eggs
2 cups 2% milk
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Pepper to taste (no salt needed, the Canadian bacon is salty enough)
