½ pound sashimi grade ahi tuna steak, diced

1/2 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced

2 to 3 scallions, chopped

1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
½ teaspoon black sesame seeds

1 heaping teaspoon tobiko caviar
