2 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing the pan

1/3 cup brown sugar

3 small plums halved plus 3 more plums cut into 6 wedges

1 cup almond flour

¼ cup Bob’s Mill all-purpose gluten-free baking flour (or unbleached white flour)

¼ cup cornmeal

1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

5 large eggs, at room temperature

1 cup white or turbinado sugar

¼ teaspoon almond extract

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

zest of 1 lemon

zest of 1 orange

¼ cup virgin coconut oil, melted
