Almond Crust
¾ cup blanched almonds
1 ½ cups whole-wheat pastry flour
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1/3 cup canola oil
3 tablespoons ice water

Swiss Chard Filling
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 bunches Swiss chard, stems and leaves chopped and separated
2 leeks, halved, sliced and cleaned (here's how)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon dry thyme
Generous pinch nutmeg
2 tablespoons water
¼ cup golden raisins
2 tablespoons sliced almonds, for garnish

Goats cheese Custard
½ cup blanched almonds
½ cup water
2 eggs
3 ounces fresh goat cheese
