1. Marinate with 1/2 bottle (more or less depending on palette) of jerk seasoning. 2. Spread seasoning under the skin, over the skin and inside the cavity. 3. Juice two limes, add to ziplock bag and seal. 4. Marinate for 4-24 hours.
