Lamb burger on Challah Roll with Kale Salad

Ingredients: 

FOR the Burger:

Ground lamb
Cinnamon, dash
Kosher salt, heavy dash
Pepper, dash

FOR the Burger Dressing:

Ketchup
Sriracha (Rooster sauce)


Directions

  1. Let lamb warm up from fridge for about 10 minutes
  2. Make patties with salt, cinnamon, and pepper.
  3. Grill or pan fry for 4-6 minutes
  4. Let stand for a minute
  5. Serve on toasted challah or potato bun with spicy sauce (i mix sriracha and ketchup. another good combo is Gochujang and mayo)
