Ingredients: 

Bahan-bahan:

100 g tepung beras
50 g tepung sagu/ubi
500 ml air
200 g gula merah ( akak guna 150 g aje maklum ler akak ni tak suka kuih manis2)
1/2 sudu teh air kapur
1/2 biji kelapa parut + secoet garam


Campurkan 1/2 bahagian air bersama gula merah, panaskan sedikit supaya gula merah hancur kemudian sejukkan.
Campurkan tepung beras, tepung sagu/ubi, air gula merah, 1/2 lagi air dan air kapur
Tuangkan ke dalam acuan kecil, kukuslah sehingga masak selama 20 minit
Biarkan sejuk bolehlah dihidangkan bersama kelapa parut
