Ingredients: 

Part 1:
1 cup whole milk
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tabs vegetable oil
2/3 cup plain yogurt
1 large egg beaten lightly

Part 2:
2 tabs yeast
4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder


  1. Mix 1 +2 
  2. kneed until smooth and soft, 5-7 minutes
  3. Transfer to greased bowl - cover
  4. Let stand until size doubled (about 1 hour)--punch--divide
  5. freeze or
  6. roll flat, cook over medium heat on a griddle
