Pasta Quiche

Notes:

Ingredients: 

1 Packet of Cheese & Broccoli Pasta n Sauce
1 pot Fat Free Cottage Cheese
4 Eggs
90g Reduced Fat Cheddar
Black Pepper
Tomatoes
Your choice of vegetables
Quark (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 190C
  2. Make up the pasta n sauce using water.
  3. Fry up the vegetables in frylight.
  4. Whisk the eggs and stir in the pasta, vegetables and cottage cheese. (For a creamier texture stir in Quark to your liking).
  5. Pour the mixture into a large oven proof dish. Top with sliced tomatoes and sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes until the eggs are cooked and the top is golden.
