1 3/4 c flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c shortening
1/2 c peanut butter
1 egg
2 Tbls milk
1 tsp vanilla
Chocolate kisses
Heat oven to 375.
Combine all ingredients (except candy). Form dough into balls (rounded tsp). Roll balls in sugar. Place balls on cookie sheet and bake (8 - 12 min). Top each cookie immediately with a kiss, pressing down firmly so cookie cracks around edge.
