Peanutty Thai Curry Hummus Recipe

Ingredients: 

1 (15 oz/425 g) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
4 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
3 tablespoons canned full-fat, unsweetened coconut milk, stirred before measuring
2-3 tablespoons fresh lime juice (more or less to taste)
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
1 large clove garlic, grated or crushed
½-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
1 teaspoon soy sauce (or tamari or coconut aminos)
½ teaspoon fish sauce
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (more or less to taste)
¼ teaspoon salt
2-3 tablespoons water
