Ingredients: 

1/4 cup egg whites
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use brown rice protein powder)
2-3 Tablespoons canned pumpkin
1 Tablespoon unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds (or ground flax seeds)
dash of cinnamon
dash of pumpkin pie spice
2-3 drops of liquid stevia (optional)
1/2 medium apple, chopped into small pieces (divided)
