Recipe for Steak and Potato Soup

Ingredients: 

About one pound of leftover or freshly grilled steak, cubed in one half inch cubes
4 potatoes, peeled and diced
3 green onions chopped
3 cups beef stock or beef broth
freshly ground salt-about one teaspoon
freshly ground pepper, about ¼ teaspoon
1 cup fresh green beans, with the ends snapped
¼ cup chopped baby spinach
1 cup grated cheddar or Monterey jack cheddar cheese
1 chopped and diced roma tomato
½ green pepper chopped finely
¼ cup corn starch, mixed with water to make a smooth paste for thickening
