1.5 lbs brown mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 large garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp avocado oil, divided
1/4 tsp himalayan pink salt
10 oz spinach
10 oz grape tomatoes, halved
3 oz goat cheese, crumbled
1 cup pecans
1 tbsp honey
