S'more cups

Ingredients: 

7 whole graham crackers (crushed)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
6 tbsp butter (melted)
4 bars milk chocolate andy
12 large marshmallows


  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Place graham crackers into a large resealable plastic bag
  3. Finely crush into crumbs
  4. Combine grham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and butter in a small bowl
  5. Mix well with fork
  6. Place small scoop of crumbs mixture in each cup of mini-muffin panĀ 
  7. Press crumbs to form shallow cups
  8. Bake 4-5 mins or until edges are bubbling
  9. Break two candy bars into rectangles
  10. Remove pan from oven; place one rectangle into each cup
  11. Cut mrshmallows in half crosswise using shears dipped in cold water
  12. Place one marshmallow half, cut-side down, into each cup
  13. Return to oven 1-2 mins or until marshmallows softened
  14. Remove from oven (cool 15 mins)
  15. Carfully remove cups from pan
  16. Cool (completely)
  17. Break remaining candy bars and place in (1-cup) prep bowl
  18. Microwave on HIGH 1 min- 1 1/2 mins (until melted/smooth)
  19. Stirring every 20 second
  20. Dip the top of each marshmallow in melted chocolate
  21. Turn top-side up and let stand 40 mins
