Spaghetti Squash with Ricotta, Sage, and Pine Nuts

can also pierce and microwave squash for 10-12 minutes (longer if it doesn't cleave easily)

1 small spaghetti squash (about 2 pounds)
3/4 cup ricotta
1 clove garlic, mashed
Olive oil
6-8 fresh sage leaves
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
