Steak & Cheese Grinders


2 grinders


About 3/4 lb of shaved steak
salt & pepper
garlic powder
2-3 slices American cheese
Grinder buns

  1. On a large skillet or griddle, season shaved steak with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
  2. Shred further with 2 forks while cooking if desired.
  3. While the steak is browning on one side of the pan, butter and toast grinder buns on the other side.
  4. Once meat is fully browned, separate into 2 halves, and place cheese (slices broken into halves or quarters melt faster) over the meat. Cook until melted and gooey.
  5. Transfer meat and cheese into your toasted buns and enjoy!
