Sun-dried tomato and basil crackers

1 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. whole-wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. minced sun-dried tomatoes (I used the dry ones, but oil-packed would probably work just fine)
3 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
sea salt for sprinkling
