Ingredients: 

6 ounces long pasta (anything from linguine to pappardelle)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 small shallots, thinly sliced
8-10 cremini mushrooms, quartered
1/4 cup dry vermouth
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup light cream
3/4 cups chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
4 small plum tomatoes
2 cups pre-cooked turkey, cubed
2 teaspoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
2 tablespoons fine breadcrumbs
