Ingredients: 

1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water 4-8 hours
2 tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
1/4 cup lemon juice (or to taste)
1/2 tbsp. canola oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Optional: your favorite cream cheese flavorings (I used 2 chopped scallions)
