Ingredients: 

4 eggs
4 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1-1/4 C Sugar
5 C lactose free milk
4 C whipping cream

Mix all ingredients together & chill for several hours in the refrigerator.  We chill it in the metal container that goes with our ice cream maker.  Follow your ice cream maker's instructions for turning the mixture into ice cream.  Makes 1 Gallon.
