Ingredients: 

¼ cup + 1 tbsp hemp hearts
¼ cup + 1 tbsp sunflower seeds, raw or roasted & unsalted
1 slice of gluten free bread, crumbled (optional if you want 100% raw, but it does help with the overall texture!)
¼ cup tahini
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp coarse sea salt
handful parsley
⅛ cup fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon cumin, ground in a mortar
pinch black pepper, ground
*sesame seeds, to garnish
