1 cup lentils
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup Once Again Organic Cashew Butter
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup finely chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup minced onion
2 garlic cloves, peeled / minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp kosher salt
½ cup ketchup
