Whole wheat bread (clean eating)

Recipe bythemombot
Notes:

This whole wheat bread is less dense than others I've made in the past and great with butter or for sandwiches! With the ingredients below, it's also clean eating approved.

Ingredients:

4 cups whole wheat flour
2 envelopes Fleischmann's RapidRise Yeast
2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup milk (I used 1%)
1/4 cup raw honey
3 Tbsp butter
1/4 - 1/2 cup rolled oats
coconut oil

  1. Combine whole wheat flour, undissolved yeast and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Heat milk, honey and butter until very warm and butter melts. Add to flour mixture. Sitr by hand or use electric mixture to combine (I used a hand mixer on medium/high speed. It mixed the dough quickly, but starts running out of power once the dough starts to thicken).
  3. Add oats and mix.
  4. Knead for 2 minutes.
  5. Grease 9x5 inch loaf pan with coconut oil. Place dough in loaf pan. Cover with towel and let sit for 1 hour, until dough doubles in size.
  6. Preheat oven to 375. Bake 45 minutes or until done and top starts to brown.
  7. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
