Wolfgang Puck's Butternut Squash Soup

NOTE: sugar and lemon juice are used as adjustments to the flavor

Ingredients: 

1 white onion, minced
1/4 stick butter
1 T curry
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 lb diced carrots
64 oz. vegetable stock
2.5 lb butternut squash, diced
2 c heavy cream
1T fresh lemon juice
1/2 T light brown sugar
2 sweet potatoes, or 1 lb. peeled and diced
