REALLY GOOD! Surprising it didn't hit the bbq grill at all. I actually made these in advance for a dinner party and the turned out great. I cooked them up to the step of adding the sauce, refrigerated them and finished them off the night of dinner....will definitely make again.
Very good, I would brine longer next time. Makes a VERY dark coating. Will make again.

Hi Phil - it's not burnt, it tasted good. I think its because of the honey in the brine and that there really isn't a coating other than a quick dredge in flour.
