I've made two jam recipes from Marisa's site so far, which happen to be the first two jams I've ever made. Will definitely need to explore her blog in more detail.

NE Seafood had fresh conch! Trying this recipe out tonight

Colin, you should check try this chowder base. It was delicious regardless of the Conch. I imagine any seafood would do.

Made this last night. The pastry to parsnip proportion seemed to be off, but judging from the Food52 gals' comments they are big fans of more pastry. So my tastes may just be different.
