Ingredients: 

2 c. flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp nutmeg
¾ c. white sugar
¾ c. brown sugar
3 eggs
¾ c. oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. drained, canned, crushed pineapple
½ c. chopped pecans

Icing:
1 pkg cream cheese, softened
¼ c. butter
½ tsp vanilla
1 c. icing sugar
